Welcome to CRUD8. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CRUD8 platform, website, and related services ("Services"). By using CRUD8, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CRUD8. By accessing the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use CRUD8 only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not interfere with the operation of the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that disrupts service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. CRUD8 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Payments

All payments made through CRUD8 are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a transaction, you authorize CRUD8 and Stripe to charge your selected payment method. Charges are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Digital Content

CRUD8 provides digital search tools and related content. Digital goods are delivered instantly and may not be eligible for refunds except as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or exploit CRUD8's systems, data, or intellectual property. You may not use automated tools to access or interact with the platform.
